At Spices Palace, operated by Kingdom Ultimate LLC, we are committed to delivering the highest caliber of culinary spices and gourmet nuts. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality or freshness of your purchase, you may initiate a return or replacement request within 30 calendar days of receiving your shipment.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be in its original packaging with the harvest seal substantially intact (unless reporting a flavor or freshness defect).
• Proof of purchase or your Spices Palace Order Number (#SP-XXXXX) must be provided.
• The request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery confirmation timestamp.

3. Damaged or Defective Goods

In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged in transit or compromised by carrier handling, please email photos of the packaging to [email protected] within 7 business days. We will promptly issue an immediate replacement or full refund at zero additional cost to you.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed immediately. Credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (via Stripe payment gateway) within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your card issuer's posting cycle.
