Spices Palace specializes in premium botanical spices, culinary herbs, and gourmet nuts. While we strive to display our product weights, descriptions, and imagery as accurately as possible, natural agricultural variations in color, aroma, and seed sizing may occur. All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Order Acceptance & Billing

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our fraud detection systems. Payment must be authorized prior to order fulfillment via our secure payment partners (such as Stripe, Apple Pay, or PayPal).

4. Domestic USA Fulfillment

All orders are prepared and shipped from our facilities within the United States. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the shipping carrier.
